One number reaches us, and it takes calls and texts the same way: (941) 263-0912. If it is easier to show us than to explain it — the west wall that is chalking, the lanai ceiling with a water stain, the cabinet door you want matched — text the photo and we look at it before we drive out.
Email lands in the same place. Write to info@wcsprimeservices.com with your city, what you want painted and roughly when you would like it done. Three sentences and one photo are usually enough for us to know what to bring to the visit.
What we will not do is price a whole home over the phone. Salt air, chalking on a sun wall, hairline cracks in stucco and soft wood behind a fascia board do not show up in a phone call, and a number given blind is a number that changes later. That is why the visit is free and the price is written at the end of it.

From the First Message to the Written Price
Four steps, and you know the number before anything starts.
There is no call center here and no sales rep. Wendel owns the company, and he is the one who answers, the one who measures your home, and the one on site while it is being painted. Sending the form is a request for an estimate — it is not a contract, and it does not obligate you to anything.
You reach out
Call or text (941) 263-0912, or send the form. We ask three things: which city, what you want painted, and what is on the wall or the wood today.
We come out and measure
We walk the whole job with you, inside or out, including the parts most people forget to mention: soffit, fascia, the lanai ceiling, the pool cage, the garage floor.
You get the price in writing
A written estimate with the scope spelled out. Prep and patching, bonding primer where the surface needs it, how many coats, elastomeric caulk at the joints, and one fixed price for the whole job. Nothing important stays verbal.
You decide, and we schedule
If you go ahead, we set the start date around you. The same two people start and finish, the owner is there every day, and the site is cleaned up at the end of each day.
Exterior work goes best in the dry season, September through May, when a wall stays dry long enough between coats — a lot of our schedule is built around that and around snowbird season, so tell us your timing at the visit and we work around it.

We are based in Sarasota, in Manatee County, and we work in a radius of about seventy miles from there: the coast, the barrier islands and the towns inland from them.
A lot of what we paint sits inside an HOA, a 55+ community or a gated neighborhood, and plenty of it is a condo or a manufactured home rather than a single-family home. If your association needs a color approved on a form, or the gate needs us registered before we arrive, tell us at the visit and we build it into the schedule instead of finding out on the first morning.

Three things worth knowing before you pick up the phone.
Is the estimate really free?
Yes. The visit, the measuring and the written price cost nothing, and there is no obligation to hire us afterwards. We would rather spend forty minutes walking your home and quote it correctly than guess a number over the phone and be wrong about it later. You keep the written estimate either way.
How far do you travel from Sarasota?
We work across Sarasota and Manatee County and out to about seventy miles from Sarasota. That covers Bradenton, Lakewood Ranch, Palmetto, Parrish, Ellenton, Venice, North Port, Siesta Key and Longboat Key, and the neighborhoods around them. Do I have to agree to text messages to get an estimate?
No. The two text message boxes on the form are optional, and neither one is required to get an estimate or to work with us. The first box only covers messages about your estimate, your appointment and the job itself. The second box is separate and covers promotional messages. If you check either one, message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, you can reply STOP at any time to opt out or HELP for help, and you must be 18 or older to opt in.
If the answer you need is not here, ask it on the phone. We would rather say it plainly on the first call than have you find it out on the first morning of the job.
