These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of https://wcsprimeservices.com (the “Site”), operated by WCS PRIME SERVICES CORP (“we,” “us” or “our”). By using the Site or submitting a request, you agree to these Terms.
WCS PRIME SERVICES CORP is a Florida corporation (document number P25000025482) with its registered address at 8421 Deerfield St, Unit 205, Sarasota, FL 34243. We provide painting and finishing services for residential and commercial properties in Sarasota County and Manatee County, Florida.
You must be 18 years of age or older to use this website, to submit a request, and to opt in to either of our text messaging programs.
We perform painting, coating and finishing work, including surface preparation, drywall repair and texture, pressure washing, staining and related finishing. Work that requires a licensed contractor under Chapter 489 of the Florida Statutes — including plumbing, electrical and structural work — is not performed by us and is not included in our estimates unless we say so in writing and identify the licensed contractor who will perform it.
Under Florida Statute 501.025, you may cancel a home solicitation sale at any time before midnight of the third business day after the date of the transaction. Cancellation instructions are included in every written contract.
Our two text messaging programs are described in full in our Privacy Policy. In short: enrollment is optional and separate for each program, message frequency varies, Msg & data rates may apply, you can reply STOP at any time to opt out or HELP for help, and consent is not a condition of any purchase. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
You agree not to use the Site to submit false information, to interfere with its operation, to attempt unauthorized access, or for any unlawful purpose. All content on the Site, including text, photographs of our completed work, and our name and logo, belongs to us and may not be copied or reused without permission.
Photographs on this Site are of work performed by WCS PRIME SERVICES CORP. Results shown depend on the condition of the property, the products selected and the scope agreed, and are not a guarantee of a specific outcome on your property.
The Site is provided “as is.” We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error free, or that the information on it is complete or current. Nothing on the Site is a warranty of workmanship; the warranty that applies to your job is the one stated in your written contract.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability arising out of the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100). Nothing in these Terms limits our obligations under a signed work contract with you.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Manatee County or Sarasota County, Florida.
We may update these Terms. The version posted on this page, with the “Last updated” date above, is the version that applies.
